Conference fees

The conference will take place at the Sheraton Hotel Nha Trang . Registration fees will be approximately 1000 USD/participant* and will include:

  1. Registration
  2. Coffee break (twice a day)
  3. Meals (Lunch & Breakfast)
  4. Lodging (5 nights)

They will all be managed by the local organizers. Please contact Tri Lan Nguyen for your reservation.


One accompanying person will be charged at a rate of 20 USD/night, including breakfast. If desired, they may attend the conference lunches for an additional fee. If several accompanying people desire to come with a conference participant, please contact Tri Lan Nguyen.


Funding will be raised from French and Vietnamese governments to cover fees for students and some of the speakers. More information will be available here and through the circulars ASAP. Please contact your session chair if you are interested in applying for funds.

-* Estimated price. We are still negotiating the price and what is covered by the registration fee. Gala dinner for the moment not included in the fee.
