Conference package

Conference fees
The conference will take place at the Sunrise Nha Trang hotel. Registration fees will be 870 USD/participant and will include:
- Registration
- Conference room rental (for 5 days)
- Coffee break (twice a day for the duration of the conference)
- Meals (Lunch & Breakfast for the duration of the conference)
- Lodging (5 nights)
- Wifi
An extra 55 USD/person will be charged for the Gala dinner.
Accompanying persons and extra nights
- No additional charge for one accompanying person sharing the same hotel room with a participant, breakfast included.
- If desired, they may attend the conference lunches for an additional fee of 20 USD/day.
- Supplementary nights at the Sunrise Hotel will be charged at a rate of 115 USD/night

Grants
Funding will be raised from French and Vietnamese governments to cover fees for students and some of the speakers. More information will be available here and through the circulars ASAP. Please contact your session chair if you are interested in applying for funds.
