Conference package

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CONFERENCE VENUE HAS CHANGED

Conference fees

The conference will take place at the Sunrise Nha Trang hotel. Registration fees will be 870 USD/participant and will include:

1. Registration
2. Conference room rental (for 5 days)
3. Coffee break (twice a day for the duration of the conference)
4. Meals (Lunch & Breakfast for the duration of the conference)
5. Lodging (5 nights)
6. Wifi

An extra 55 USD/person will be charged for the Gala dinner.

Accompanying persons and extra nights

1. No additional charge for one accompanying person sharing the same hotel room with a participant, breakfast included.
2. If desired, they may attend the conference lunches for an additional fee of 20 USD/day.
3. Supplementary nights at the Sunrise Hotel will be charged at a rate of 115 USD/night

Grants

Funding will be raised from French and Vietnamese governments to cover fees for students. More information will be available here and through the circulars ASAP
