Conference fees

The conference will take place at the Costa del Sol Trujillo hotel. Registration fees will be 700 USD/participant and will include:

1. Registration
2. Conference room rental (for 4 days)
3. Coffee breaks
4. Meals (Lunch & Breakfast for the duration of the conference)
5. Lodging (4 nights, Costa del Sol Trujillo hotel)
6. WiFi
7. Gala dinner
8. Transport to and from the airport
9. Excursion
10. Goodbye show

Extra nights

Extra nights at the hotel can be arranged at $85.

Accompanying people

Extra charges for accompanying people are as follows:

• $15 person/night
• $40 gala dinner
• $45 excursion

They should be directly booked and paid at the hotel
