Conference fees
The conference will take place at the Costa del Sol Trujillo hotel. Registration fees will be 700 USD/participant and will include:
- Registration
- Conference room rental (for 4 days)
- Coffee breaks
- Meals (Lunch & Breakfast for the duration of the conference)
- Lodging (4 nights, Costa del Sol Trujillo hotel)
- WiFi
- Gala dinner
- Transport to and from the airport
- Excursion
- Goodbye show

Extra nights
Extra nights at the hotel can be arranged at $85.
Accompanying people
Extra charges for accompanying people are as follows:
- $15 person/night
- $40 gala dinner
- $45 excursion
They should be directly booked and paid at the hotel
Payment
Payment is done three steps: online registration, bank transfer and sending of proof of payment. ' Please note that payment is due asap upon registration an no later than 31st May for speakers and 30th June for other contributions.
1. Online registration
Please register at the link below. Please note that if you are a Conference speaker and you wish to attend the school, you should just choose "Conference" and let the local committee know. The option "Both" is intended for students and lecturers since special fees apply.

The prize of registration+hotel nights will be automatically calculated and sent to you by email for payment. Information on your trip will be used for booking hotel nights and arranging pick ups. If at the time of registration you do not know your trip details yet, please send them to the local committee with the subject "FLIGHT DETAILS" as soon as you arrange it.

Payment is due through bank transfer to the Peruvian Physical Society:

Please note that this amount is due only for registration and to arrange hotel reservations. Should an accompanying person want to participate in the gala dinner or excursions, they should arrange so upon arrival to the hotel.

Students should also submit a proof of student status with their affiliation.
