Meeting room
The meeting will take place in the Institut Henri Poincarré (IHP), 11 Rue Pierre et Marie Curie, in the Room 314 (3rd floor)
The IHP building is the second building on your right when you enter the campus 11 Rue Pierre et Marie Curie.
Accommodation
- Upon request, we can book a hotel room for you in the Hôtel St-Christophe at ~15 minutes walking distance to the IHP, where the meeting will take place. Please contact us if you are interested.
- We will probably be able to partly support housing expenses for some of the participants hosted in the Hôtel St-Christophe, but we do not know as yet to what extent. Please contact us if you need some financial support.
- Alternatively, you may book a hotel room by yourself - please see here for a List of suggested hotels.
Meals
- Buffet lunches for the four days of the meeting (march 27-30) and coffee breaks will take place in the IHP building and will be arranged by the organization.
- Dinner of Wednesday 29 (meeting dinner) will be arranged by the organization.
- Other dinners are neither organized nor supported. Please see here for a List of suggested restaurants
