Meeting room

The meeting will take place in the Institut Henri Poincarré (IHP), 11 Rue Pierre et Marie Curie, in the Room 314 (3rd floor)

The IHP building is the second building on your right when you enter the campus 11 Rue Pierre et Marie Curie.

Housing

• Upon request, we can book an hotel room for you in the Hôtel St-Christophe, very near the IHP where the conference will takes place. Please contact us if you are interested.
• We will probably be able to partly support housing expenses, but we do not know yet to which extend.
• Alternatively, you may book an hôtel room by your own. Please see here for a List of suggested hotel in the 5th district of Paris.

Meals

• Lunches (buffet lunches) for the four days of the meeting (May 17, 18, 19 and 20) and coffee breaks will take place in the IHP building and are taken in charge by the organization.
• Diners of Tuesday 17 (get-together diner) and Thursday 19 (meeting diner) will be taken in charge by the organization.
• Other diners are not organized nor supported. Please see here for a List of suggested restaurants
